As we prepare to honor Sr. Bernice Garcia as at our 2010 Awards Luncheon, D+E+I like so many other not-for-profit organizatons, and so many of our supporters, is facing a budget crunch. The Annual Awards Luncheon serves a double purpose of highlighting a man or woman of outstanding dedication to the promotion of the Catholic Faith and generating the operating funds to continue the mission and ministry of D+E+I.
To be blunt, we really need your help this year more than ever host the Awards Luncheon. Donations of any amount are always welcome and much appreciated, but if you are blessed enough to be able, we would greatly appreciate your assistance with a special donations at one of the following levels:
Your donation will not only help us to honor Sr. Bernice and the Lumen Gentium awardees, but also assist the Dominican Ecclesial Institute to continue its unique mission of fostering adult Catholic faith in the Albuquere - Santa Fe region and beyond.

Why support the works of D+E+I?
So many people are searching for God and there are so few places for them to find and know Him. It's not about mortar and stone but your support allows D+E+I to open hearts and minds to God. You help parents and grand-parents make their Catholic Faith meaningful to their children and grandchildren.
You make available a Faith level of learning and understanding that transforms people's lives. You help the person who struggles to figure out their life, who faces their challenges, and endures their hardships. You break the barriers of ignorance and false piety that keep us apart from God's love. |

How can I support?
Your support of the Dominican Ecclesial Institute is very much appreciated and can be done in a variety of ways: |

- Your prayers and good will help to foster a greater awareness of D+E+I's mission.
- Your attendance at D+E+I Offerings, the Public Lectures or Special Events are additional ways you support the work of D+E+I.

Are there other ways I can help?
There are also a variety of ways to support D+E+I financially. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and your contributions are tax deductible. |

- You can choose to be an annual contributor to D+E+I at a level within your means.
- You will become a Benefactor ($100 plus); a Sponsor ($500 plus); or a Patron ($1,000 plus).
- There are also events you can support like the Awards Luncheon, our annual fund raising event. You can support D+E+I by purchasing individual tickets ($60), by being a Sponsor ($600), Decade Donor ($1000) or by being one of the Underwriters ($3000).
- You can also support D+E+I by hosting one of the Casa Classes in your home. This fun and informative event spreads the work of D+E+I while raising money for the Institute.
- Your membership in the Catholic Business Forum or by being one of the Corporate Sponsors is another way to support the work of D+E+I.

I already give to a foundation, is there any way I can designate my donations to D+E+I?
You are able to donate to D+E+I through your United Way contributions by writing in "Dominican Ecclesial Institute" where it asks for donor designation. You can also make a "pass through" donation through many foundations, such as the Catholic Foundation.
